"When creating a spinnerbait I always wanted a dark colored spinnerbait for day fishing. I call them "Worm Color" spinnerbaits. In the spring when we had lots of rain and the water would get colored up or stained I would always pick up a dark colored jig (example; Black & Blue). When I grabbed plastics (like Brushhogs) I would always pick up dark colored ones (Watermelon). So I wanted a dark colored spinnerbait for stained or off-colored water conditions...and WOW did it make a difference! Don't just take it from me.
